The toppings are outstanding, especially the meats, which are delicious without being greasy. Every time I go to Sabarro New York Pizza, it feels like a delightful treat!

He was the rudest person I've ever encounte... read more I recently dined at this restaurant and was taken aback by the behavior of an employee wearing a Dallas Cowboys hat. He was the rudest person I've ever encountered in the restaurant industry, and I'm genuinely shocked by his attitude. If he continues to work there, I don't think we'll be returning. It was quite frustrating.

I’ve always enjoyed their pizza... read more My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. It was my first visit, as I didn’t realize there was a Sbarro nearby. I’ve always enjoyed their pizza slices, but I won’t be returning after this visit. When I asked an employee, a man wearing glasses, how long the pizza had been on display because it looked very dry, he refused to give me an answer but offered to warm it up if I wanted. Then, another employee approached and mentioned that it had been out for an hour, although it definitely appeared to have been there for much longer. This occurred on October 7, 2021, around 4:30 PM.

We returned after the given time to find the same gentleman watch us approach, then turn his back to us andcontinue prep work without addressing us in any way. We then noticed that he was not wearing gloves while kneading dough, so wewalked over to Subway.

I used to come here frequently, but the manager often left me waiting at the counter for ten to twenty minutes without any service. He would see me but wouldn't offer any help or even acknowledge my presence. I appreciated it when Mark was on duty; he was always kind and attentive. Eventually, I stopped visiting because I couldn't predict whether I would receive assistance. A few days ago, however, I went in with my son and was pleased to see that Mark was working again. He was just as friendly and helpful as I remembered. Unfortunately, the other staff member wasn’t as accommodating. I truly love the food here, and as long as Mark is working, I will make a point to stop by. But if the manager is on shift, I’ll just keep walking. I'm really not sure how he manages to keep his job.
