What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
before they opened with my family. sign them at the door says: “We will only be online due to short employees.” I asked the manager if it was true and she confirmed. a lot of luck qdoba! I will not give the workers the blame, it is clear that some companies do not want to flee. another bites the dust! we will find a restaurant with a more consistent experience – like that on the other side of the road. I hope the owner of QDOBA In Monroe or a district franchise manager reads this. My rating would have been -1 star but that wasn't available. And my dissatisfaction isn't because of the food! In fact both my wife I enjoyed tonight's selection of the Shrimp Lime bowl. Our complaint is with the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. My wife said it best: It looked like a pig sty. There was trash on and under just about every table. Some areas looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in weeks! There seemed to be plenty of help inside but half of them might have been playing grab-axx in the back. Nobody seemed to care about the filth in the dining area which made me cringe about what the back kitchen might be like. The food serving line was also messy with things scattered all over the line. If the gal dressed in black was a manager she forgot everything she was taught in manager school. I'm wondering how high (or low) the Monroe County Health Dept would have rated this restaurant tonight. Nobody seemed to have any urgency to refill food items that needed to be replenished. I had to wait for additional shrimp to be grilled and it took the fella who finally strolled in from the back 5-10 minutes to get things cooking. I'm just disappointed and hope the owner or someone cracks a whip to keep QDOBA open in Monroe. I just hate to see something like this because the food was very tasty and I know it's a popular place. People were lined up the entire time we were there.
I mean, it's pretty good if you're hungry for Mexican style fast food. Kinda pricey...
Eating was ok. the coke freestyle machine must be cleaned like the indoor down area.
