Purdy Hill Bakery Deli Llc - Monroe

Recently, I had a red cupcake from this bakery, and honestly, it tasted like it was made with nothing but salt and a block of cream cheese. We also bought a Napoleon pastry, which was supposed to be filled with cream, but instead, it was filled with something sour, and the pastry itself was stale. The cannolis and cannoli cakes were equally disappointing, and even the baguette we purchased was oddly over-seasoned with salt. Overall, I cannot recommend this bakery.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a cake for my daughter's graduation party, and when it arrived, it was cracked. They promised to fix it and said they'd be back in three hours. When they returned, they couldn't fix it and offered me a large leaf cake instead. The delivery of the three-tiered animal cake was a complete disaster—it arrived disassembled and in chaos. We attempted to cut it, but it was a complete mess. Everything ended up in the trash. Do not trust them with important events; you will be sadly disappointed.

The best baked goods were on the other side, offering an amazing selection.

Terrible. I'm not going back. the service took too long. the breakfast and the bakery were not good. I'd rather go to big y.

Love the products. The service is questionable! I waited on line for 30min for an order placed a week ago ! There should be a separate line for pick up only ! Insane !
