I attempted to call the restaurant, but there was no response. With my foot in a cast, I was hoping to make things easier for myself. Unfortunately, their unresponsiveness resulted in them losing my business.
Their app is very user-friendly and convenient to use. Orders are consistently prepared and ready for pick-up at the promised time.
I drove all the way from Brodhead to Monroe to visit Papa Murphy's, only to discover it was closed with no staff available to help. Consequently, I went elsewhere and spent over $70. They definitely lost my business that day.
What kind of pizza restaurant closes at 8pm???
The pizza was just okay, and the staff member I interacted with seemed quite unfriendly.
