Played there today and they’ve done an extremely nice job turning the course around. We’ll definitely be back soon, with the price and how friendly the staff was, we’ll be playing regularly! View all feedback.
This has been my goto place since starting my golf journey. I am very new to golfing, and Old Town is just a few minutes down the road. Everyone that works there is very friendly and it not being a big, busy country club makes it feel much less nerve racking as a beginner. They did recently bump up the prices for each size bucket by a dollar, but they also got all new TaylorMade balls for the range when they did this. The putt putt course isn't anything spectacular, but for the price the 18 holes are perfect to distract my 3 year old while my wife and I take turns on the range. The 9 hole par 3 course is a great value, and in surprisingly great shape for how inexpensive it is. It's also very approachable for novice golfers it's nice walking up to the tee box and seeing the flag just 150 yds or so away. It's also great practice for your short game I imagine for seasoned golfers as well. I was told a new owner took it over within the last year or two and has been working hard to revamp it, and I've got to say they're doing a great job! I'm up there 2 or 3 times a week! I haven't used the batting cages so I can't speak on them. My only complaint is I was also told the new owner does golf lessons; I left my name and number with them, but never heard back. I ended up seeking lessons from elsewhere.Tl;dr Old Town is great for the range, putt putt, and 9 hole par 3 course! Very affordable and fun!
We were looking for a short course to play and decided to give this one a try. I am a beginner golfer and I am always overwhelmed rolling up to a tee box and seeing 425y. You always feel like you need to crush your swing to get some good distance, and always, it slices off somewhere because of that.Well if that's you, then this par3 9hole course is just of you. Its was so refreshing to see all the holes under 150y. It allowed me to pull out a club I would normally not tee off, and use it to play almost my entire game with. I was able to take some nice slow controlled swings and get almost on the green every time. The course is nice. The tee boxes are not tore up, fairways are green and groomed and the greens are mostly in great shape. I say mostly, because they admit a few are not getting watered enough and they were working on all that today. The other thing we liked, we were the only ones playing. Honestly, I've never seen a lot of people playing so this allowed us to not feel rushed and take our time.$15 w/cart wasn't a bad deal. I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try. This course also has a nice hidden feature, if you're a Verizon Wireless user, there is no cell signal, so you can't be distracted with always checking your phone! LOL

So nice to hear this place has new owners and they are repairing the par three course because it’s such a nice option when you can only get away to golf for a couple hours. I’m looking forward to playing there soon!
Out and about celebrating our anniversary and we found this little gem. Such a cute and fun course. Definitely coming back with our daughter.
