Unfortunately, the gun turned out to be defective, so he attempted to return it for an exchange or refund the following business day. However, the staff was uncooperative and became rude and loud with him. As a result, my son will now have to go through the hassle of sending the rifle back to the manufacturer. Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this establishment again due to their disrespectful behavior.
