Ma Pa's Tex-mex Bbq - Monroe

Came here Friday for lunch with our dog. We could sit outside on their picnic tables. We ordered Empanada, Birria and Brisket Tacos. Brisket tacos were good, but next time I will do without the tip, it made it very taco Bell like, onions and cilantro will bring the taste of the brisket much better. The Birrie was delicious, perfect amount of cheese and meat. The Empanada was too creamy for me, I am used to empanadas with more meat content than cheese. Spicy salsa was barely mild. I intend to come back to try more on the menu. Hopefully a Spicier Salsa if they have it.

Food is so good!!! Everything is always fresh and hot! The staff who work there are so friendly! Nice place to sit outside and eat! Good prices! Many parking spaces in the area! Never too full! No long waiting time! I've been here several times. Love it

My son likes eating here, so yesterday on April 16, 2022, i decided to try it. I ordered one triple decker with brisket and one order of churros. The food was good. I was full after one slice of the triple decker and 2 churros. I would recommend this place. They have outdoor seating only. The place is very busy on Saturday evenings so be prepared to wait. Moreover, one triple decker is enough for two people.

First, if you're Mexican food spot is not selling Jurritos and/or Mexican Coke find a new one asaply! Great food and good service. Menu isn't extensive but everything is delicious and Instagram worthy. Parking can be tough due to the location but it's definitely worth it. Great outdoor seating and they offer catering services too.

My sister and I stopped here randomly on a road trip down 95 and it was the BEST surprise. We both got the birria tacos one chicken one beef and they did not disappoint All the sauces were delicious. Alex helped us out and was so kind!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
