First of all I don't like KFC chicken but I do love the new chicken sandwich and the fries they are both perfect the chicken sandwich is crispy yet juicy and thick. The customer service is ok. I do not like the fact that they have raised the prices of the hot wings but the hot wings don't taste as good as they did when they were cheaper which is weird View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I have to say they're overworked and served. It took a while to get our food, but the workers did everything they knew to try to work. I believe that if companies were more proud to ensure that training was up to par and a more attractive pay scale, it could have been a better experience. View all feedback.
Chicken sandwich and 3 pcs dinner was delicious and the lady at the front register was really nice!
I was told it would take 3 minutes for my order and it ended up being 10 minutes. No apology or explanation. Worst service ever! Love the food hated the service!
It would be nice if I was asked the way I wanted my children prepared( original ..crispy... spicy... And can this and all drive thru operators give you 10 seconds to look at the menu? But don't just not respond as well... And KFC needs to work on the gravy. Lately it's been thick enough to cut with a knife.
I must say that the staff seemed overworked during my visit. It took quite a while for our food to arrive, but the workers did their best to keep things moving. I believe that if companies prioritized proper training and offered more competitive pay, it could significantly enhance the overall experience for both the staff and customers.
Initially, I wasn't a fan of KFC's chicken, but I have to say, the new chicken sandwich is fantastic, and the fries are excellent too. The sandwich is both crispy and juicy, with a nice thick texture. Customer service is average. However, I'm not pleased that they've increased the prices of the hot wings, especially since they don't taste as good as they used to when they were cheaper, which is quite odd.
