My coworkers as well as myself found mold in the bottom of our cups.... read more On today I placed an Order Ahead Mobile Order at the store located in Monroe on 165 South. My coworkers as well as myself found mold in the bottom of our cups. Of course I wasn 't aware until all the soda was gone. I 've tried to reach someone at thestore to make them aware and the phone has been busy since 1pm. I have a photo to prove my allegations. Management needs to makesure they check the cup holder as well as the Ice Machine.

I paid a lot for a bucket of chicken, fries, and drinks, but the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I tried the extra crispy, but it lacked flavor, and I ended up throwing it away. Maybe next time I'll give the original recipe a try.

Don’t get me wrong, Church's is fine if you like greasy food, but I prefer a home-cooked style piece of chicken. Nothing beats KFC’s menu for me; it tastes like I made it myself. I love the food and the menu, but the service was disappointing.
