His excellent customer service skills are the main reason I choose to come back to this restaurant instead of trying others nearby.

I visited the drive-thru three times last month, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Their kindness truly makes a difference, and they definitely deserve to be recognized! I just wish I could remember their names!
