I visited on Mexican Fiesta night and began with the salad bar and a delicious pork vegetable soup. Next, I enjoyed the enchilada casserole, refried beans, and chili verde tacos. While the selection was somewhat limited, the atmosphere was pleasant, making for a nice and peaceful dinner in this quiet little community.
