Domino's Pizza - Monroe

They clearly have curbside posted park spaces, however Online does not allow curbside. I called to place my order and requested curbside he said yes absolutely!… I said are u ready for my card number he said it was broken but would be working by the time I got to store. I asked if I could still do curbside and he said yes because they bring the card reader out to the car. When I arrived nobody ever came out. I struggled my 8mo pregnant self inside and they said they weren’t coming out because I had not paid. I asked to speak to the person I placed my order with and apparently he doesn’t even work at a store he is an operator!! So this person hired to answer calls just straight lied to me about card reader being broke. I literally forfeited my 20% online coupon just to be able to use curbside!!!

I understand everyone is short staffed but when you are told a time for delivery and it’s not met you should have a protocol in place. A apology at the least. Asked to speak to a manager and the lady was a joke didn’t even apologize. We will not order here again.

Domino's always delivers when they say they will. They have significantly improved the quality of their food and it is evident! My only criticism is that I wish their app was better. Overall, great work!

Placed order with a Human Young Lady at this Store for pickup.She said it would be ready in 30 minutes.Got to Store and was told they didn’t have a order for me .Nobody had a clue.Complete Clown Show.Hello Papa John’s

My review isn't based on the quality of the food however, its based on being deceived of Domino's 2 minute guarantee. I ordered carside delivery and per the website, if your order isn't at your car within 2 mins, you'll receive a free pizza. When I was advised by the tracker that my order was ready, I allowed a few mins before I started the timer as a courtesy. As soon as the timer got to 0:38 the timer was stopped on Domino's end. I didn't receive my order until 2 mins later. To make matters worse, when the cashier brought out my order (6 pizzas), he handed them to me and walked away without ensuring that I had hold of them and I almost dropped them. I'm assuming he wanted to make a quick getaway before I mentioned the timer was paused and I was cheated out of a free pizza.
