YES, the service is a little slow but I understand they have a staff shortage. BUT! The staff who are there, are wonderful and I couldn't ask for anything else.... read more YES, the service is a little slow but I understand they have a staff shortage. BUT! The staff who are there, are wonderful and I couldn't ask for anything else. The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot and tasty! I WISH I had a Captain D's in my home town butunfortunately I do not. Keep rocking it people! Don't let the miserable, impatient customers deter your brilliant service. ????

It was good. Seriously though, it was greasy and buttery. They look like boring old frozen fish sticks, but they're by far the BEST fish sticks I've ever had. It's one of those less common, less often chosen chains. But do yourself afavor and stop in on a Captain D's once in a while. Also, it was reasonably fast. Not so fast that you think it's been sittingthere under a heat lamp, but fast for a drive-thru. The wait was probably only a few minutes.

The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot and delicious! I had a Captain D in my hometown, but unfortunately not. Go on, guys! Do not let the annoying, impatient customers scare off your brilliant service.
