The dining experience has really declined as it seems the restaurant no longer values quality. The mac and cheese is always watery, the rolls are often overcooked (if they have any), and the corn is excessively peppered. I’ve encountered burnt gravy, overly salty potatoes, and the spaghetti has a strange taste. Today, I had a dish that tasted as if someone had stirred an ashtray into it. If you arrive after 1 PM, don't expect to find your favorites like the yams, as they tend to run out and don’t prepare more. This used to be my go-to restaurant, but it's evident that I'm not the only one who feels this way.

This is the perfect place to visit if you're craving a home-cooked meal. The soul food here is authentic and incredibly delicious! So good!

This restaurant offers delicious Southern cuisine, reminiscent of the meals your grandmother used to make. The hot water cornbread is especially delightful, made fresh every day. I really appreciate the tranquil atmosphere here.

Definitiw is worth a stop. the service was great. so helpful and welcoming. eating was amazing after home delicious. water biscuits, never before, yum! the fried chicken perfect. Sweet tea serves them! thanks for a great meal. Oh, yeah.

Best fried chicken I've ever had and I know good fried chicken!!!! and omg the hot water cornbread....is a MUST have. Friendly and helpful staff will be seeing my face quite often!!!! Can't wait to go back
