Very frustrating. If the night team can't handle the two Drive-Thru Lanes, they should shut down one. I'm waiting on the outside lane while five cars were on the inside lane. I had to call her on the phone, I let her know there was a problem. Definitely language barrier. Then I have to go up and back to the other track to be waited. Once my order has been taken and I have been raised this time, five cars have been in... View all feedback.
Usually the service is great, but this time they got orders wrong. It seemed like they gave me the order. They gave it back, got their right order. They gave me what I swear, the same bag they gave to the first car, a great food service, no. I asked if the same bag was, there was hesitation without answer, but I couldn't definitely prove it.
Does McDonald's really need a review?! Its fast food, how good could it be? Good to have twice a year.
Thank goodness the service had vastly improved since it opened. Now the orders are correct and drive through is very efficient. Great job, management!
The service was great. However, they should periodically check their soda machines. The last few drinks I had tasted terrible—I couldn't even distinguish between Coke and Dr. Pfeffer.
It was a very frustrating experience. If the night staff can't effectively manage both drive-thru lanes, they should consider closing one of them. I was stuck waiting in the outside lane while there were five cars ahead of me in the inside lane. I had to call the restaurant to inform them of the issue, but there was clearly a language barrier. After that, I had to go back to the other lane to be attended to. Once my order was finally taken, I had already waited 13 minutes while five cars had moved ahead of me. I requested to speak with a manager, but it didn't improve the situation. He asked the employees for sauce but then forgot to bring it. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and to top it off, the fries weren't even warm.
