I will highlight the rice with lobster (I have never tasted such a good one in my life) and... we cannot forget the desserts, which are a true delight, I recommend the torrija. The service is another point in favor. Carme is kind, attentive and very professional. They made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. THE BEST RESTAURANT IN MONÓVAR I will definitely be back soon!
