Taco Bell - Monona

I attempted to overlook the negative reviews, but I must admit they were correct. Make sure to always request sauce, as they tend to forget. The chicken quesadillas are not prepared correctly.

According to some fans of authentic Mexican cuisine, they may not find it good. However, in my opinion, the food is delicious, affordable, and frequently satisfies my cravings.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find a very limited menu. When I asked about it, I was told that more options were available if I ordered through the app. Confused, I decided to order what was available due to the long line. I ordered a chili cheese burrito for $2.69, and added sour cream for an extra 50 cents. However, when I received my order, it only had chili and cheese - no sour cream. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area, but now it's the worst.

Very unhappy, I went into two guys waiting for food they got and left... I stood there. For ten minutes, the workers were facing the other direction, they wouldn't even look at me, I said I would like to order, they said we were short staff and it would be faster to go up the drive REALLY..., there were 10 cars in the drive up.... I left... I called back from the hotel, the manager wouldn't give me their name and hanged on me....

My friend has a brother who does not have control over his limbs and is wheelchair bound. Despite his limitations, I am confident that he could provide faster service than this location offers. The inside isn?t even open, yet this particular location cannot seem to handle one or two orders without backing up the drive thru for a twenty minute wait. I?m tempted to start driving an extra ten minutes each way to avoid this location.
