Mcdonald's - Monona

This McDonald's in Madison used to be top-notch, but recently, it has been disappointing. Some issues I've encountered include a lack of staff during operating hours, long waits before being greeted at the drive-thru, difficulty in managing orders between lanes, and menu items not being available.

There was hardly any sauce on my sandwich, even less than expected when I moved the pickles to see what was underneath them. The bottom had no sauce, and both pickles were stacked in the middle making it difficult to access them without opening the sandwich or eating nearly the whole thing. If it weren't for them getting our 4-piece happy meal order right, I would give this restaurant one star.

I am very disappointed in this restaurant. Despite my son working there for a short time, he has consistently been targeted, harassed, and wrongly blamed for things he did not do. His hours have been repeatedly cut, and the staff has even lied about the reasons for sending him home early. They have given conflicting stories and one employee even tried to con my son into selling his PlayStation for $100, promising him free food for life. The staff has shown blatant disrespect and has been profiling my son.

Literally the worst McDonalds. Ever. No one knows what customer service is, or even tries to act like they care that the customer is the reason that they have a job. Forget about ordering ANYTHING that requires a change to the normal way it is made,it will be incorrect, OR, you just won?t receive it. Employees talking on their ear buds the entire time, while you are tryingto ask them a question, then, they get back to their phone conversation with a ?anyway??, they throw the food at you, your strawat you, watch out for that drink! I?m unsure how this location has any good reviews at all. It would be great if someone couldstep in and take a lead to change the way this McDonald?s is being ran, it?s very unfortunate.

Gosh they have such terrible costumer service. the lady taking my order was the only one responsible enough to be there. there were two 13 year old boys who weren?t doing anything and just standing there staring at us. i will NOT be back here
