Well the atmosphere is brightly lit like any fast food joint. The food is always consistently good and the services not bad. I asked I had my sandwich cut in half and every time I do I never get a sandwich cut in half. View all feedback.

I live Jimmy Johns and I’ve eaten at many of them, but for some reason this location ALWAYS overbakes their bread. It’s dry and crumbly and hard. I saw another review mention this as well. Idk what’s going on with this location. Everything else is normal. View all feedback.
I when I'm working on Monona I'll do here for my lunch break.. normally everything is great but today there was a kid behind the counter making sandwiches with somewhat long hair that should be under a hat or hair net per health code. The most bother some part was him flipping his hair constant over the sandwich prep station.

Missing the cheese and not cut in half like I asked. The bottom of the bread is hard and crispy like. You cannot eat the end of the bread due to hardness. That’s actually my favorite part. I’ve ordered from here several times. Most were good experiences. This one took about an hour to get here. Probably due to no one in the area. I probably would have picked it up if I knew it was going to be a minute.Driver was great! William G was a very nice young man!!Sorry this one has to be the one I rate you on.
