This was a redemption meal. We had such a horrible experience in Janesville but this location did a great job. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and chicken was juicy. We had to wait a little longer on my dad's wings but he was happy with them. Plus our waitress was training someone and rocked it. I would definitely go back to this location. View all feedback.
What Loma Murray doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
If the chef can count to 10 so that they decide to send you with an additional 6 pieces home that?s not even edible we were?t even crazy, just get 9 pieces of chicken when we paid for 10 of the waiters insisted on us home with a 6 hill, but why bothered when the chefs go to take his anger with the dry ruble, they don't make it as sad as ever after It's hard to have a positive experience, why I keep back View all feedback.
Sadly, we ended up heading over to Red Robin in the parking lot, where we were seated immediately and received excellent service. This wasn’t my first negative experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it faced closure soon unless some changes are made. In the end, I’m glad we left, especially since I doubt we would’ve received much better treatment or food if we had stayed. Attitude truly matters, and it was clear that the employees there lacked motivation.
I would like to update my review to give them one star. The manager came over after we had been seated for an hour, and I mentioned that the food was cold. I questioned whether it should be hot after such a long wait. He explained a bit about the situation and offered to compensate me, which was really nice of him. While I don't think I'll dine here again, I appreciate that they handled the situation properly in the end.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Service was incredibly slow, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty tables all around us. They claimed to be busy, yet there were only four tables occupied in the dining area. Having worked in the food industry for over 15 years and with my wife being a manager at her own workplace, we were both unimpressed. I definitely don't recommend visiting this place on a Tuesday. Unfortunately, I had to give it one star since the rating system wouldn't let me leave a blank.
We decided to leave the east side restaurant because the wait time was too long, and there were over 15 dirty tables. I understand that the staff was likely overwhelmed. So, we headed to Monona, but it's taking ages to get served here as well.
I had a craving for B-Dubs, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to venture all the way into the city. Then, I spotted the sign in the distance – a B-Dubs right nearby!
