The hotel does not even qualify for 3 stars. Some bathrobes unironed, dry and worn. The glass in the fireplace was full of smudges and you couldn't see inside.... read more The hotel does not even qualify for 3 stars. Some bathrobes unironed, dry and worn. The glass in the fireplace was full of smudges and you couldn't see inside. In the bathroom, a small bar of soap (not liquid) for 5 people that they did not replace it at all for the 3 days of our stay. Pillows chunky and hard. As for the welcome you say to the site upon arrival, no reason. We arrived Friday afternoon around 6.30 the sauna was not open, the pool was frozen. and we get to the best when we left we were charged for the wood for the fireplace. ATTENTION it doesn't mention it anywhere on the site. when I complained they told me it says it in a red envelope that was on the table in the room. But unfortunately it was a big lie, I have taken photos of the file for the sake of truth and when I mentioned it to them, they told me that the employee who brought the wood did not inform us. A! Breakfast is mentioned until 11.30 on the website but it is until 10.30. We told them to update the site and of course they didn't answer us. Overall the atmosphere was indifferent. I don't recommend it.

The room we had was significantly more spacious than what we expected from the pictures, and it was supplemented with basic yet rare accessories a fireplace and complimentary logs to burn, a coffee machine, a pot for tea, etc. The spa facilities were spot on too we only tried their massage, but came out rather satisfied. We found the restaurant to be exactly what you’d need after a full day of roaming in the mountains a lounge area to hang out in the evening with a carefully crafted comfort food menu. Above all, the hotel’s staff is top notch. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate whatever requests we had during our stay. The only downside is that it is located rather far from the high profile villages in the area (Papigo, Aristi), but we found it a plus as we got some beautiful daily road trips out of it. Highly, highly recommended for those visiting the area!
