Mcdonalds - Monmouthshire

Last 10 meal times had all the articles missing! I don't know what the problem is, but every meal we buy has something wrong. Last night we ordered 2 large mac with bacon dishes, just to discover that the speck was missing. as it. a car thru was, I saw the mistake only after home. that was not what we ordered. So, promise me I will now avoid mcd’s abergavenny at all costs and take my habit at another place!

Came in here to come back to my hotel room. I found the place to be really good. the staff was excellent and helpful for other customers. the food I ordered was great and hot. that is extremely busy in the. it's a mcdonalds, so you should know what you find here. I had no problem at all, so I would come back.

Drive through the breakfast. incoherent employees on the intercom put the ton. order: three double-sugar mucmuffins, one without egg three hash browns cheesy flatbread two black coffee one latte. a mcmuffin lacks a stone cold hash brown, two freshly cooked. false coffee flatbread missing bacon....bread so hard it was unusable

I find the standard of food in mcdonalds butgavenny very bad lately. every time we have food from there, it is substandard. its never hot always warm, chips are always warm and soggy, the half of the time we have an item missing from our orders. today I'm missing. chips from a food store and my sonny nuggets were so hard and cold, it is as if they were cooked and long under a warm light. I think it's been one thing, and I'm not happy that I felt that we're just throwing money away and I'd rather go somewhere else than right now.

I have been here a few times. Orders are constantly wrong. Food is average at best. Staff are miserable, and the overall experience is literally terrible. I have written in to complain no response. I imagine they are probably inundated with them! Avoid if...possible. I would drive an extra 10 miles to make sure this place does not have business.
