Excellent meal and great price I had the fries with chicken chilli sandwich £8 and my husband the steak £12 both were lovely meals and really tasty and plenty of food, lovely staff too ,thankyou be back soon , ps flacky paint bugged me lol View all feedback.

This restaurant has a rustic atmosphere with simple tables and unique chairs, but it is clean. We went for Sunday lunch and found it to be just okay. The presentation of the meals was lacking. View all feedback.
Seriously nice food in an off-beat pub in the centre of Abergavenny. In the summer you can sit outside and watch town life go by in the sunshine, in the winter sit inside by the log fire and warm your toes after a morning shopping in the indoor market. Friendly staff and a reasonable menu with nearby parking make this an ideal stop at the end of a busy morning or the start of the evening before visiting the Theatre. There are plenty of places to eat in Abergavenny but for a relaxed meal in an old-style pub that is bang up to date you can't go far wrong here.

Stopped off for a quick drink Group of 6 Ended up ordering lunch The sandwiches are great for a small snack which 5 of us had and 1 had the fish and chips which looked fantastic Staff were very friendly and helpful
A dog friendly pub with a good selection of beers and probably the best pizzas on north street. Service at the bar can be a bit chaotic at times though.
Lovely home cooked food. And very friendly helpful staff. Absolutely worth a visit. Plenty of real ales.
