Green Meadow Golfland Country Club

Enjoyed the course . Golf pro very welcoming. Tee off time punctual. Club house staff friendly. Toilets clean. Food good value and tastes good selection.

Made a reservation on the morning of 24 August 2021. The occasion was the celebration of my Mother's 95 birthday. We arrived as arranged at 7pm, and were seated by a window in the Restaurant. Before the waitress returned to take our order, I had managed to swot 3 large bluebottles the more I killed the more seemed to appear... Not conducive to the promotion of an appetite by any stretch of the imagination!! On looking at the menu, it became clear that there was little resemblance to that which was published on their website. The website gave the impression that there was a good choice when in actual fact the choice was very limited. We consumed some of the drinks we ordered on arrival and then left to find another restaurant. Very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had a very enjoyably evening meal. Staff very attentive. Food took some time to arrive but it was well worth the wait. Well presented hot and plentiful. We all had a lovely time.

Well kept course which gives you plenty to think about on your round. Some tricky holes where ball placement is paramount, also some blind holes. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The Pro was very welcoming and helpful. Didn’t get chance to try...
