Von Thun's Country Farm Market

The homemade cornbread at this restaurant is out of this world! It is consistently fresh all day long. The staff at the market are fantastic. I highly recommend this market. I have been a regular for 36 years and plan to continue for many more.

Great place for children and adults as well as a lot of play. we had to make a little effort to get grounded, as the big ones were damaged by the bugs. you can spend 4 to 5 hours here. there is a stall that serves fresh limonade and apple-chidder donuts among other snack items. we did not find a food truck, but we came here after lunch, so we worked.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We called ahead and were told to arrive by 4:30, so my father arrived at 4:15 and the rest of us arrived at 4:30. It took us a few minutes to buy tickets for strawberry picking at the market before we arrived. However, when we got there, we were told that they were closed. The manager said she was leaving and couldn't do anything for us. When we tried to explain our confusion and frustration, she became defensive and agitated. At one point, she even claimed that she didn't own the farm. This restaurant has been a tradition for our family for the past 5 years, and we were looking forward to continuing that tradition. It's sad that we may have to find a new tradition elsewhere.

Vegetable plants are very strong. Flower plants are nice too. Worth to visit and get plants that you can't start in the winter.

Please go try out this place! Took my girlfriend on a weekday when most things are closed but we still got to do the huge corn maze and pick pumpkins and apples. There are a ton more things you can do on the weekend, fun for kids and adults. People here are so nice and overall great experience ?10/10
