At the first booth we sat at there were too many flies, granted we were close to a garbage recepticle. Servers assumed our order was to go without asking, and packaged it as so. View all feedback.
One of six employees had a mask right. Not at all. 4 under the nose Blizzards well as usual.
Customer service was incredible the icecream machine was sleeping and they literally woke it up for us ??????
I posted a review a few weeks ago concerning an issue with the blizzards we received. The response was amazing. The Manager called to let me know the machines used to produce blizzards was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and assured me that staffwas retrained on cleaning procedures. Thank you Dairy Queen in Monmouth for responding to customer issues.
