The Manor Tavern - Monkton

The server was wonderful but she had the entire room. Not sure if it was the kitchen or she was overwhelmed but we were there for four hours. Service was extremely slow. None of the tables turned over the entire evening….so how does the entity make a profit!? The food was very good. Some of it was luke warm..not hot. We enjoyed the free wine tasting.

I took my 93-year-old father-in-law out for brunch on Father's Day, and we all had a great time. We chose to sit outside on the terrace, where the ceiling fans provided a nice, cool breeze. It was the first time my father-in-law had an omelet with crab meat, and he said he would definitely order it again—it was absolutely delicious! We adore going there, not just for the food, but also for the relaxing atmosphere.

The service and food were excellent. However, some sound insulation, like carpeting, would improve the experience in the back area, as it can get quite noisy. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable experience.

We celebrated two senior birthdays at MT, just as we have many times in the past. This visit was far more enjoyable than our last. We were seated at a lovely table by the fireplace, as we requested, and our server was both attentive and friendly. The food was great, making for a truly delightful evening.

I had an amazing brunch on Saturday! The service was exceptional, and our waitress was not just pleasant, but truly delightful. The food was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed my pomegranate martini, which was fantastic.
