My cousin lives in Monforte and told me I have a seafood restaurant and meat restaurant . Consequently, I didn 't expect much and I was sure surprised. This food here is absolutely amazing! My cousin did not order from the menu, instead he talked to the owner and ask him what was good. Dish after dish showed up, each better than the last. I visited this restaurant with my Sicilian family. We had an endless selection of super tasty appetizers, pasta with mushrooms and truffle and meat dishes. Everything was delicious and portions were large. The restaurant was full, but I appreciated that Igor, the owner, took the time to explain all the wines in his cellar to me. We had a pleasant experience and the wines were delicious!
Fantastic and sophisticated food inspired by the culinary Sicilian tradition. Highly recommended! Worth a trip to Monforte for a visit to this restaurant!
We were a group of 22 people and had an amazing time on their veranda. The service was perfect and the food was the best in all of Italy. Looking forward to returning soon.
