What Butch Warner doesn't like about Wendy's:
Employees were friendly and prompt. Store was clean. Reason for the lower rating is the food. Definitely not up to Wendy's normalcy. Wife got a wrap that was cold not grilled. Baconator was dry. View all feedback.

All food was good and the hamburger was exceptional!!
The pretzel baconator is a good fix when you crave the pub
The customer service is sad to say the least. One car in drive thru and 3 customers inside the already eating. The employees waiting on customers really showed that they could care less about customer service! Was looking forward to a good burger and Wendy's normally has great burgers, but after standing at the counter without any communication or acknowledgement form the staff for more than 5 minutes, we walked out. Chick-fil-A here we come!
