This restaurant has closed. We just came on 2/10/2023 and it is completely empty. We were informed the restaurant has moved to Louisiana
I love the mushroom steak pasta!
Our party of 2 had the catfish dinner and lemon shrimp pasta, both were good, not great, reasonably priced. Unattentive wait staff even though they weren't busy. Might eat here again if in the area, won't make a special trip.
This restaurant offers a variety of dishes that you can enjoy dining on.
We are a group of guys, former high school mates from 30 years ago, that get together once a month for dinner. We bounce around a bit here and there and we are pretty picky! That being said,, Southern Standard is by far our favorite spot. The steaks are always excellent as is the rest of their menu. The staff is incredible and take such great care of us. Based on our visits which probably total around 20 times by now, I would give them my highest recommendation. Thank you to the ownership and staff, we will continue to see you when ever we can.
