Contribute Feedback What John Hicks doesn't like about Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store:
Waited 10 minutes before my order was taken. Then, I waited another 10 minutes for my shake. When I received it was milk. Then when I showed the employee I was told it would be awhile for my shake could be fix. Cause she had all these others to make. I've already waited longer than all these other customers. Needless to say I won't be back View all feedback.
Busy tonight. Poor kid on his second day was attempting to run the front by himself when they got slammed with people returning from fireworks. All in all it was cleaner than the last time I was in. Kudos to the young man working his a*s off.
Love the new vanilla in with the chocolate yogurt twist!!!

Great place to eat. They were busy, but food still was out quickly.
Did not let us know they out of chilli till we got our order. Did not get roll with chicken dinner. Ordered chicken dinner changed it to a combo. Not happy.
