We're from NY, and we LOVE this pizza. High quality ingredients, you can say absolutely, and the lunch specialities are cheap. I'm almost always disappointed with pizza everywhere except in the northeast, but here I was really pleasantly surprised! I live 35min away, but will come back as much as possible View all feedback.
The pizza was excellent. I was really hungry because they burned our first order, and we had to wait an hour. But I understand that mistakes happen, and the pizza was wonderful regardless. The only issue I had was that the garlic knots were a bit tough. Other than that, my experience was great!
This restaurant is fantastic! The pizza is decent, but I had the manicotti last week, and it was incredible! Last night, I enjoyed chicken parmesan with spaghetti, and it was amazing! I got home, opened a bottle of wine, and watched "The Sopranos" while savoring the chicken parm. Cheers to good health first and foremost!

Every year when we visit Smith Mountain Lake, one of our highlights is going to Lago's Pizza.
I apologize, but I never returned to the restaurant after they sold me a cheesesteak made with bad cheese. When I tried to return it, there was a lot of drama. Thank you.
