This Tim Hortons in the Moncton area is by far the worst. The employees spend more time talking than working, resulting in long waits just to get a coffee and a wrap. I would give this Tim Hortons a negative review if I could.
There is always an issue with the hot drinks at this restaurant - they frequently forget to mix in sugar and most drinks are served cold.
The quality of this restaurant is declining day by day. Every time I order coffee, it is either too sweet or served cold. My friends have had the same experience with their coffee as well. I am not sure if their machines are functioning properly because even when I ask for just 2 sugars, they add way too much. Come on, guys.
I don’t understand why I was going to be charged $0.50 subbing mayo for chipotle on a Farmers Wrap. I’m not adding a condiment, I’m replacing one. I ended up getting it minus any sauce as I feel the charge to sub for mayo is a rip off. I don’t have this problem home in Dartmouth. As a regular customer this tim location is near to my workplace but most of the time coffee not served fresh worst taste bad service. Always good in morning but night time realy bad.
