I think like most people you are reluctant to eat at a hotel dining room. I did take a chance at the Crowne Plaza in Moncton.I was pleasantly surprised at the fish and chips dinner. The fish size was extra large and flaky while the French Fries were tender and not salty. Food was good, but room service for breakfast was forgotten and even when I called 2 times looking for it, was over an hour after ordering, I was told it was on the way. When it arrived we were leaving for appointment, took toast and left. Server told us they forgot to prepare it. Still charged 36$ for it. View all feedback.
Very pleasantly surprised by quality of food and service. Good selection of wines. Menu not extensive but everything we tried was great.
We decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza a second time partly because of how great the food was in the restaurant. The service as well was amazing both times we ate here. This time we arrived late for lunch and ate in the lounge area. Our server had a great sense of humour and was attentive. I couldn't eat gluten and she was careful to check with the kitchen to ensure I wasn't going to suffer for my lunch choice. It was really appreciated that she took the time.Food arrived quickly and hot. My partner had the fish and chips and the fish is a huge portion. I had their greens salad which contained lots of really nutritious delicious add ins like pecans and blueberries. The grilled chicken that was with it was so tasty.I love the food and the atmosphere in this place. I will definitely be back again.
It is bad but I think that is the standard in this city It was late but still I think the steak had been in the microwave
