I placed an order late at night and was expecting to pick it up then, but my app showed a pic... read more I had a very disappointing experience with my recent Subway order. I placed an order late at night and was expecting to pick it up then, but my app showed a pickup time of 7 AM the next morning. When I visited the store at night, the staff told me they had not received any order under my name. I showed proof of my order and politely requested if they could prepare the food and inform the morning manager, but the girl working there said it was against their policy. I respected that, but also explained that I was hungry at the moment and wouldn’t be able to come back in the morning. The next day, I returned around noon to pick up the order, only to be handed a sandwich that had been sitting for over 5 hours. I requested a fresh one and explained my situation again, even offering a solution since I also work in food service. Unfortunately, the manager was unwilling to help and refused to make fresh food or offer a refund. I tried to be understanding, but her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who also works in a restaurant, I always treat customers with patience and respect—no matter the situation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it left me genuinely disappointed. After that experience, I don’t think I’ll be going to that Subway again.
