This behavior was disheartening to see as a customer. I hope this feedback can be used constructively for improvement. Subway is known for its consistency and quality, and I believe with some adjustments, this location has the potential to meet those standards. The staff is rude and unhelpful, especially when it comes to making suggestions for sauces on sandwiches. They are stingy with toppings and when asked for more, they give attitude and claim it is their standard amount. Despite the high prices - over $37 for a 12-inch, a 6-inch sub, and a soup - the quality of the food does not match the cost. Extra cheese was requested but poorly placed on the sandwich, causing it to slide off and gather in one area, leaving most of the bun bare. The receipt had to be requested and was crumpled up almost immediately. Although they reprinted it, it was too little, too late. To make matters worse, as we sat down to eat, the staff began speaking in their native language and laughing, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I recommend choosing another Subway location, as this one clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction despite the high prices.
