Half an hour over a simple glass of water, after spending the day there ordering paid items while working on a project, and not even getting it in the end is UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING! It takes one second to put some water in a cup. How hard can it be? You guys better get your act together. View all feedback.
The customer service at this Starbucks location is really good. The baristas are always upbeat. The drinks and the food are always done well. The Beyond Meat egg sandwich is my favorite!

Absolutely pleased with my experience, just to get into the Starbucks from Elmwood drive was a pain.The guy at the front cash made me smile he was so friendly and made my drink superb. ? I can’t say anymore I am so thankful I got my caffeine fix ??
