Verified aat the window that the employee ordered a plant-based sandwich as the fee was incorrect, but was told the sandwiches were all on sale. Drove about 10 km away, opened the sandwich, and it was a chicken sandwich. Had to return, thankfully had time to do so. The manager made it right, and was super helpful. The employee who made the mistake was still on the drive-thru window, and did not apologize for the error. To get orders right, to ensure people's dietary restrictions are followed. Followed. Thanks to the manager for making it right. Hopefully the employee will be a bit more attentive to detail. This is the second time in about a year that this has happened to me in the same spot. Ordered supper and I can’t eat chicken off the bone due to texture issues; I asked for a dinner roll on the side so I could make sandwiches at home with our buc... read more Ordered supper and I can’t eat chicken off the bone due to texture issues; I asked for a dinner roll on the side so I could make sandwiches at home with our bucket meal. we ordered and the employees looked at us like WERE stupid yet they couldn’t understand what we were asking for then proceeded to act like they understood and tried to charge us for slider sandwiches with nothing on it.. we have worked in the food industry and know it is not that complicated. They wouldn’t even let us speak to the manager just ran back and forth from the window. Never going to this kfc again they lack the basic intelligence it takes to be employed. We stopp... read more First time my lovely wife Pat and I have stopped to eat INSIDE this ultra modern updated KFC. At this time July 1, 2025 they are currently open 24 hrs. We stopped in shortly after midnight. Pleasant staff working this night. After looking over their menu we selected the Go Bucket with drumstick for me. Pat ordered the Go Bucket with drumstick as well though we were told they 'd run out of chicken legs and would we take a thigh. Pat okayed it, though regretted it once she saw how small that thigh was. Pat also ordered poutine with her order. She was surprised when charged 5 bucks extra for the cheese and gravy. Though I feel it was made up when they accidentally gave me poutine on my fries. I accepted the mistaken bonus and Pat, with great delight, enjoyed partaking in my squeaky cheese. We both enjoyed the cleanliness and modern setting in this KFC restaurant. Wonderful experience overall for me. I ordered the 2 piece chicken combo on a Tuesday, which was supposed to be $2.99, bu... read more We stayed at the Hotel Moncton across the road from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I ordered the 2 piece chicken combo on a Tuesday, which was supposed to be $2.99, but they charged me $10.79. The chicken was gross and one piece was unidentifiable. When I asked for a refund or exchange, the employee and manager were unhelpful. The manager claimed that's what a 2 piece meal looked like and said I should have complained the night before for a refund. I filled out an online complaint but received no response. The food was extremely disappointing with questionable quality. Beware and avoid this place if you value customer service and food quality. Check out the picture to see for yourself.
