The beef was tough, dry, and felt like it had been sitting around for a while—it was like chewing on rock. The overall texture and flavor left a lot to be desired, and the meat didn’t taste fresh. Contacted them to resolve, advised me that Uber eats will have to refund me because it was ordered through them even though the ordered mistake was made by them. Then claimed the staff did put the chicken in EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT. Processed to argue me and made us feel like we were trying to get a free meal. I would not have called if I was not missing something. I love their food. But never again will I order from them.

Unfortunately, over time, I've noticed a significant decline in both. The food quality has definitely dropped, and the service has become less attentive. It’s really disappointing to see a place that I once loved compromise on what made it stand out. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve, as it was once my go-to spot.
