A&W Restaurant - Moncton

It has been some time since my last visit, and unfortunately, I noticed a change that was not for the better. The Teen burger I ordered was below par and there was a mistake with my initial order, resulting in a longer than usual wait for my food. While I have always enjoyed the Teen burger in the past, based on this recent experience, I will not be in a hurry to return.

The A&W restaurant is a great place to eat. I really enjoy their onion rings and burgers. Their chicken strips are also delicious. The A&W root beer is the best you can find.

I stopped by for a drink, but the woman at the counter seemed disinterested and unfriendly. It would be nice if she could at least put on a smile or show some kindness. It's important for a restaurant to have welcoming and friendly staff, as no one enjoys dealing with rude employees. Perhaps she should consider a different line of work.

Really good experience everytime I go to this location. We tried the new Root Beer Slushie from the A&W Brew Bar and it was great.One worker was having his lunch break and took his personal time to assist me and was very kind. As were the staff cleaning . 10/10

I ordered and paid for two Frozen Root beer. Waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru window to be told they didn't have any to be served . We couldn't wait and asked for a refund.
