Valencian paella (with peppers and ribs, since it belongs to Castellón), bravas and puntilla (gluten-free breaded because we have asked for it that way, a hoot). The desserts are not all homemade but we have spent a quiet and tasty evening. We loved the pineapple carpaccio (photo). Very close family that transmits it to the clients. We will be back!
