Everything was wonderful, except the extra pimple I ordered and did not receive.

Ahem..if my sandwich was an expression of how staff's was going-IT WAS NOT GOOD..the meat portion was MINIMAL NO SPICY MUSTARD..on arrival I payed,observed inspected my order ON PRESENTATION..REVIEWS ARE SAFER THAN direct contact verbal exchange..SECRET SHOPPERS ARE EVERYWHERE..BE AWARE..?

Excellent food. Trainee on the order line so that took a minute. Just MY opinion but I think training should be done during off hours and exercised with live customers with a supervisor present. That's not what happened. Anyway the food was great. We've been long time customers and will continue to be

They make really good subs and are very kind and courteous. The only issue is the app rarely works properly. So even though I am a good longtime customer half of the orders, I don't get credited towards my rewards points since I can't order through the app. Also, because of that I have to repeat my order over the phone rather than just being able to reorder through the app easily. They really need to fix the app. Otherwise excellent restaurant.

It's is a expensive the food was good though the service was good but Subway is more affordable and you acutally build your own sub there,at firehouse you don't it's take what we give you and the add ons selection is slim to none
