They make really good subs and are very friendly and polite. The only problem is that the app rarely works properly. Although I am a good long-term customer half of the orders, I will not be credited to my reward points because I cannot order via the app. In addition, I need to repeat my order via the phone instead of simply reordering the app. You really need to fix the app. Otherwise excellent restaurant. The food was excellent! There was a trainee taking orders, which caused a slight delay, but that's understandable. In my opinion, training should ideally happen during off-peak hours, ideally with a supervisor present and not with actual customers. However, despite this, the food was fantastic. We’ve been long-time customers and will definitely continue to return!
I ordered a sub tray for an event, and it was ready right on time. The staff even helped me carry it to my car. They were very accommodating, and I had a fantastic experience overall. I will definitely return!
The restaurant is quite expensive, but the food is good and the service is decent. However, Subway offers a more affordable option where you can customize your own sub. At Firehouse, you have limited options; you're essentially given a set selection with very few add-ons to choose from.
