The restaurant has a nice terrace which we think they should use it as much as possible. The food is great and there are a lot of local dishes in the menu. Special mention for de 'Couve à Monchique ' which was very nice. However, the...fries of the boar were saltless so we suggest to have a small salt shaker on each table. We were recommended to book this restaurant in June. Despite several phone calls, an email and 2 messages on Facebook Messenger, I did not receive any response. The website explains the opening hours and there is no indication that the restaurant... is permanently closed. Hopefully the owners can read this! View all feedback.

Simpatia e profissionalismo no atendimento. Qualidade dos produtos servidos, boa apresentação e excelente sabor.
Muito bem. pratos tradicionais monchique como o cozinheiro de couve monchique. serviço também é muito bom. O preço é normal. mais u menos 30 € por pessoa (refeições completas)
We loved dining here. Parking was a bit challenging but the staff and food was wonderful. Fresh fish and veggies, lots of good wines to choose from (not just what's on the menu) and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended if you are heading to Monchique.
Un dimanche, le restaurant était plein, mais le service manquant, les plats servis à l'heure chaude et très longue, le serveur nous avait oubliés dans un coin. Nos voisins ont un dessert gelé ! indigne d'un numéro 2 à monchique
