I can define Biagio as the King of Pinsa and not just Soffio from the dough to the ingredients all excellent. Rely on his very kind wife Patty who will give you excellent advice.

I have to compliment it, exceptional dough, light, soft but at the same time crunchy. The ingredients are all top quality, studied and researched to find the best combination between sweet and savory. I highly recommend, value for money, more than justified! It was an amazing experience, not only in terms of taste. Everything prepared with love for the culinary art. From the preparation side, the selection of the best products, taking care of the aesthetic issue. The taste experience took me to the heights of pleasure. It was one of the best meals in my life. In addition, the hosts took great care of us and patiently explained what we could expect on the plate. I was delighted. I recommend everyone to visit Al Confine. Ho davvero viaggiato tanto nella mia vita in Italia in diverse regioni e anche all'estero ed essendo patito di pizza ho sempre assaggiato varietà diverse....prima volta che sono venuto al confine sono inorridito all'idea di una pizza fuori dalla tradizione napoletana ma Biagio mi ha guidato ad una esperienza e ad un percorso unico...ogni morso è un esplosione di gusto.. straconsigliatissimo per passione altissimo qualità degli ingredienti e maestria nella lievitazione
