We're received by an angry, even aggressive, boss in the corsican investigative style (it can make a movie laugh) but for once, I didn't come here to get aroused. we are far from the traditional Corsican hospitality that it is true, unfortunately, is becoming increasingly rare. the pool terrace is sunny in the evening and a beautiful place to eat an excellent meal. the starters were well prepared and beautifully presented. mains participated in a selection of species of fish I had never heard of, let alone ate. the fish I ate was superbly prepared and a fascinating new aroma; some of the dishes were accompanied by a series of different steamed vegetables. we had no room to taste the dessert...
