We had dinner at Woodstock in Chadstone shopping centre. Staff was very friendly but service wasn't professional. We ordered polenta chips and eggplant parmigiana as starters and potato gnocchi and veal for main. First dish which we received was gnocchi, which were overcooked and looked as a small portion of mash potatoes with tomato sauce, which cost 28$. Other dishes came together 15 minutes after and tasted good.... View all feedback.

Located in new upper section of Chadstone shopping centreCan park very close on top level of hoyts carpark area. Stairs to walk inside from this carpark.ExpensiveLooks nice. Has good seating. Areas by window are too hot, and that's in winter. You sweat from sun off glass. Not good.Service is very poor. Had to ask to be served by 4 wait staff doing nothing. Told no, not there area. 15 minutes left from entry. No order... View all feedback.

Once food arrived, 1'5hours of nil service with no water or soft drink. They also have alcohol but we were not drinking. Due to the staff and service I would not go back nor recommend.Pizza was nice. A margerita.
Went for dinner with friends. Ordered carbonara pasta which was served cold & I had to ask for it to be warmed up only to have it served with the eggs split. I paid extra $5 for supposed "gluten free HOMEMADE pasta" only to be served PACKET penne pasta. Paid $35 for something that was inedible. Very difficult to get waitress's attention. My friend literally had to stand up and wave her arms around to get anyone to come over. Communication needs to be better. I asked for a cup of ice & Parmesan. Got the Parmesan, no ice. My mineral water was poured into my friends used glass even though I said it was for me & my glass was empty in front of me. When paying my friend asked if we could split the bill and the young man simply rolled his eyes and pointed to a tiny sign next to the register which says no split bills. To the point my friend actually asked him if he could not be so rude & actually speak. So disgusted by food & service way overpriced for what it is.

After a few hours exhausted shopping, we went there for lunch. Our San Daniele woodfired pizza with thin sliced prosciutto, fresh rocket, was light & tasty, loved it.Strange all waiters/waitresses young or old all speaking English with strong Italian accent, all recently arrived from Italy? I think these delicious pizzas have already proofed authenticity.
Wow! This place has great pizza and pasta. My daughter said her pizza was as good as any she had in Italy. My pasta was delicious and our dessert Calzone filled with Nutella was to die for. The staff were friendly and attentive. Very enjoyable meal.
