I found the staff to be insensitive and surprising not very caring. In this time and age with social media one would believe that the customer is important and worth keeping. Unfortunately with my experience I would definitely not recommend it even though it is one of our locals. There are to many better establishments in Carnegie and Bentleigh East to settle for this. Sorry this one I won't be coming back to. View all feedback.

I have come here a number of times as they serve great coffee and the service is really friendly. The food is a little bit and miss unfortunately, although it is better more often than not. A nice and relaxed vibe and not to chaotic which is good.
Classic brunch done right!<br/ <br/ The Ormond Provedore delivered not only a great meal but I would like to go out of my way to compliment the great service! I truly felt like a valued customer in this cafe. Also to note, the chai tea is a veryyy generous serve, and value for money.<br/ <br/ As for the food, we had the magic mushroom omelette and the shak shuka. My only room for improvement would be the portion sizes were a tad small. However, the meals were delicious, the standout was the bread!! Truly divine and elevated the dish to my 5 stars! <br/ <br/ I would definitely come back and try some more of this menu!
The portion size is average and the prices are a bit high, but the menu is unique compared to other cafes. The French toast was delicious and I would definitely return again.
Had the muesli and caramel latte from this place on uber eats. Was absolutely fantastic. Possibly the best muesli I have ever had. Coffee was also good!
Excellent food loved my burger and the coffee is always really good. Fantastic service, staff always smiling and are very attentive. Looking forward to coming back soon :

This big little caffe has changed the hands since I was last there. beautiful atmosphere and really beautiful new owners. I had avocado and feta smashed. delicious. a point since the menu in my humble opinion was very limited. easy to park and comfortable.

With my wife and adult daughter for a coffee and snack stopped both were excellent service was great and a new fellow worker probably a young HS student behind the theke) was extremely pleasant
So pleasant to find a great quality café in a quiet local strip. the personal is friendly and efficient and there are seats on the front, inside and an in-house from the back. I come with my better half for coffee and cake (big selection. and reasonable price) and was never disappointed. I have my first free coffee from my loyalty card and could not be happier.
