Birthday booked for niece for 15 people when we arrive we found our elderly parents 86/84 at front of reception nan crying as they did not have phone proof of vaccination (had a card signed from doc with proof of vac) the man was so rude to all of us. we were upset and he just smiled and waved us goodbye. I ordered the salad with chicken I specifically asked for no anchovies But my plate was full of them. There was almost no bacon The croutons were stale The chicken was over cooked and dry. The poached egg was not fresh the yolk was solid The service was slow. My partner asked for tomato sauce It was delivered to the table next to us. We never got it. I’d recommend the Tudor Inn before this place

Fairly basic Aussie menu. Had chicken Parma which was ok but nothing special. We were seated in a booth which was comfortable but table was a touch too far from seat which made eating a little difficult.

We went for a visit to the sandbelt hotel as we haven't been for some time .Had a bit of fun in gaming room decided to order a pizza from gaming menu. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza when it came out it looked a total mess wasn't even what I ordered ,it was the worst pizza I have ever tasted I returned it to one of the staff and told him what I thought about it .He apologized but really whoever cooked it needs to work on their skills in the kitchen and not serve up this garbage .Not happy won't be back .

Very disappointing kebabs $24.. supposed to be wrapped in pita bread but was held together wrapped up in foil. 4 pieces of chicken with a bit of lettuce and some thin slices of cucumber. Chips were soggy and cold. Kebab barely warm. It obviously sat while the second meal, a curry, was being prepared. Curry was ok, but meals were not delivered until 40 minutes had elapsed. Considering there were only 7 tables for Sunday lunch, the wait time was atrocious. Never again. It used to be good for locals but no longer!
