At times however there is limited seating downstairs and not a lot of room to mover around.

This type of neighborhood coffee shop should take their inspiration from large coffee shop companies like Starbucks who are able to systemize their process and deliver quickly – you never wait that much as Starbucks! I ordered only one cappuccino and service was so slow that I nearly left before I got my coffee. Milk Cloud is cozy inside but I find it unappealing outside - modern building and big window. It is quite convenient when you ride your bike along the Anniversary trail. You can park your bike in front and keep an eye on your bike while you sip your drink.
