What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
It will be my last time eating at this Wendy?s in Monahans at RoadRanger, this is the second time the double meat and cheese burger made me sick after eating it. It would be nice to have a whataburger restaurant in truck stops so you can at least get fresher food, instead of pre cooked hamburgers and cold French fries. View all feedback.
This may be the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. The elderly man behind me seemed to age years while we waited. I spent a staggering 42 minutes in the drive-thru line with only two cars ahead of me. By the time Wendy's finally handed me my two hamburgers, I could have gone out, bought a steak, and grilled it myself. If there were a speed rating, I'd give them zero stars.
I had to update my review. During our first visit to this restaurant (through the drive-thru), the food was excellent, but they forgot to include straws and napkins. Luckily, we had some in the truck. However, in our next two visits, we only received part of our order because they were out of certain items. What frustrated us the most was that when my husband went to pick up our order—keeping in mind we live 25 minutes away—he was given items that didn’t even add up to what we had paid! To make things worse, they didn’t even offer a refund. I’m really unhappy with their business practices! The food is great, but not getting what you ordered and then being overcharged for what you did receive is simply unacceptable. After these experiences, I won’t be ordering online from here again. It feels like we’re being shortchanged, and that’s just not right. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the food really is good, despite the poor service.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. They wouldn't allow us to use more than one keychain Frosty, and we were unable to order a family chicken nugget meal through the drive-thru. The staff was rather unfriendly about it. Additionally, I had to wait a long time in the drive-thru line as they were moving at a very slow pace.
I had a really disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff appeared to be completely unaware of their responsibilities. After waiting for quite a while, I became frustrated and ended up leaving without even placing my order. The employees were slow and clearly lacked essential customer service skills.
This restaurant has made remarkable progress in enhancing its customer service. The food is consistently tasty, and the cleanliness is impressive. Just a month ago, I wouldn’t have felt the same way, but now I can confidently give this place an 8 out of 10.
